On-site Training: Your Plant, Your People -- Solutions to Your Problems
Have you been in an open enrollment course and thought, "That will never work in my plant?"

On-site training in your plant is the perfect solution to this common problem. When courses are delivered in your facility, we work with your team to ensure the material is relevant to your organization. And many of the courses, such as those in lean manufacturing and ISO program development, deliver the best results when your team is trained together.

What's more, staff trained in the workplace are more likely to use their new skills because they can relate them directly to company issues, problems and concerns. Plus, they feel more relaxed and receptive to learning in a familiar and comfortable environment.

What if I'm Not Sure Exactly What Kind of Training My Staff Needs?
TMEP adult training specialists want to hear your vision for success, then we'll explore the skill areas your employees need to get you there. Maybe your people need better supervisory skills or a more customer-focused attitude. Or, maybe you need help introducing new manufacturing methods to your shop floor. Together, we'll devise a training plan that will move your organization closer to where you want it to be.

Once your needs are clear, we'll integrate your objectives into our proven training programs. All courses are led by professional instructors and incorporate the latest methods in adult learning and human resource development. The result is a highly customized program that involves people and motivates them to want to learn.

Do I need a Medical Evaluation Form? Where do I get one?
Some Environmental, Health and Safety courses require that students complete a Medical Evaluation Form. Please check course descriptions to determine if this applies to the course you're registering for. Bring the completed form to the first session.
