Tier ii report (2010 Schedule Updated)

Organizations must file an annual Tier II Report by March 1, 2010, if their workplace contains an extremely hazardous substance in an amount greater than threshold planning quantities or 10,000 pounds of an Occupational Safety and Health Administration hazardous substance. In this half-day workshop, learn how to determine if organizations must file the report, how to gather and organize the information, and how to file accurate information with the state and others. This workshop is held in the afternoon following the Hazardous Waste Annual Report workshop.
